About Water Based Bitumen Primer
AK Kote - A water based bitumen primer. Ready to use and easy to apply. Good resistance to acid or alkaline atomospheres and will stand up under the most adverse weather conditions. Non flammable.Waterproofing - where heating of Bitumen at site is not possible. Insulation - on all horizontal and vertical surfaces and in the insulation of foundations, basements and screening applications.
Application Procedure
Surface should be clean, i.e. free from all oil, grease, dirt, dust and loose material and applied by
brush It should not be applied in rainy weather or temperatures below +10C. If needed, it may be
diluted with water.
